The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will kick off its season with the Daytona 500. Also known as "The Great American Race," the Daytona 500 is the biggest, richest and most prestigious motorsports event in America. Every driver dreams of hoisting the winner's trophy as Daytona 500 champion and will do anything to accomplish that goal on the historic high banks of the "World Center of Racing."   Monday, February 27 2012

8am      Admission gates open 

8am      Sprint FANZONE opens 

8am      Fronstretch & Superstretch suites open 

8am      Pit Road Patios & 5th Turn open 

9am      NSCS garages open 

12pm      NASCAR Sprint Cup Series DAYTONA 500 (200 laps, 500 miles)
