WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin is going outside WWE to host his own reality game show called "Redneck Island." CMT picked up the 10-episode series that will feature Austin and 12 "red, white, and blue-collared Americans out of the South" competing for $100,000 on a remote island. CMT noted in a press release Monday that Austin will "guide the contestants through a number of hilrious mental and physical challenges."
Also suggested in the press release is this could be the first of a line-up of shows featuring Austin. From the press release: "As part of his development deal, Austin will look to produce additional series for CMT with his production company, Broken Skull Ranch Productions."
